Targus Docks with Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter

Universal Docking

Targus’ Universal Docking Stations models DOCK1XX and ACP7X will function and perform to their individual specification when connected to the Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter. This includes powering the applicable Surface when using the DOCK180, DOCK190, DOCK177/ACA44, DOCK177/ACA44, and ACP71/ACA41 or ACP77/ACA41 for USB Type-C Power Delivery of 12VDC @ 3A.

DisplayPort Alternate Mode (USB-C) Docking

Targus’ DisplayPort Alternate Mode Docking Stations model DOCK4XX will function and perform to their individual specification when connected to the Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter. This includes powering the applicable Surface when using the DOCK410 for USB Type-C Power Delivery or DOCK412 for USB Type-C Power Delivery Pass-Through of 12VDC @ 3A.

Thunderbolt Docking

The Targus model DOCK220 Thunderbolt Docking Station will not work with the with Surface Connect to USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode Adaptor.
