Return Window
Items ordered from us.targus.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All return requests must be submitted and approved within this 30-day window.
Return Request Rejection and Approval
After you submit your return request, our team will review it and may ask for additional information such as product pictures, receipts, and shipping labels.
Although most return requests are approved, Targus reserves the right to reject return requests at our discretion.
Common rejection reasons include, but are not limited to, insufficient documentation to verify the order, product use, or attempts to return final sale items.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at Targus’ discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original intact packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In addition, privacy screens and screen protectors must be returned in original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Targus may issue partial refunds at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs associated with your original us.targus.com order are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by Targus unless otherwise stated by an authorized representative of Targus.
Targus maintains full discretion to waive or charge return shipping costs and/or refund shipping costs associated with the original order and may adjust the amount of any refund accordingly. Targus is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
