At Targus, we’re committed to providing a seamless and stress-free shopping experience. That’s why our hassle-free return policy allows you to return eligible products purchased from us.targus.com within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To initiate a return, please complete our Returns Request Form. Once your request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging, to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds: The purchase price will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.
  • Replacements: Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Targus reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the policy requirements.

Return Request Rejection and Approval

After you submit your return request, our team will review it and may ask for additional information such as product pictures, receipts, and shipping labels.
Although most return requests are approved, Targus reserves the right to reject return requests at our discretion.
Common rejection reasons include, but are not limited to, insufficient documentation to verify the order, product use, or attempts to return final sale items.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at Targus’ discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original intact packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In addition, privacy screens and screen protectors must be returned in original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Targus may issue partial refunds at our discretion.
