How does the return process work?


              1. 1. Login to your account or look up your order using the order number and email used to place the order.
                2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your return request.
                3. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review your request and may ask you for more information, such as your order confirmation, shipping details, or product photos.
                4. If our team approves your return request, you will receive an email with return instructions. Follow the instructions and ship the item(s) back to the designated location.
                5. If the item(s) is received and found to be in new and unused condition, a refund will be issued and confirmed via email.

When will I receive my refund?


Once we receive the returned item(s) please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Remember, items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Can I return an item purchased on one of Targus’ regional websites (i.e. uk.targus.com)?


We are unable to process returns for our other regional websites.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at Targus’ discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In addition, privacy screens and screen protectors must be returned in original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Targus may issue partial refunds at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs associated with your original us.Targus.com order are non-refundable.

If your original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by Targus unless otherwise stated by an authorized representative of Targus.

Targus maintains full discretion to waive or charge return shipping costs and/or refund shipping costs associated with the original order and may adjust the amount of any refund accordingly. Targus is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Targus® Alienware® Apparel Return Policy

If Alienware Apparel products purchased from Targus.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date that the order was shipped. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, and unworn. We cannot refund or exchange items based on your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns

  • Return Window:  Alienware Apparel products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Label: A standard return label can be generated on the return request form portal.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Contact Customer Service: For more details or to initiate a return, contact Targus customer service.
  • No Returns/Exchanges: Targus does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect item selection, sizes, or designs on Alienware Apparel products.
  • Refunds: The purchase price (including taxes) will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Targus reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the policy requirements.

 

Purchases made between 11/1 - 12/14/25 are eligible to return through 1/15/26.
