Targus® Authorized Reseller Policy

Effective: June 1, 2021

In order to encourage our distributors and resellers to:

• enforce and improve channel pricing of Targus brand products
• increase the quality and value of our Products for you, and
• reduce unauthorized third-party sellers on online platforms,

Targus is expanding its Authorized Reseller Policy to include all Targus Products.  

Pursuant to the Authorized Reseller Policy, by placing a purchase order for any Targus Product, you agree and commit to sell these products only to authorized resellers.

Our Policy aims to protect and maintain Targus Products’ quality and value to you and your customers. Authorized Resellers are not permitted to sell Targus Products on any third-party ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Newegg.com, Shopping.Google.com, Rakuten.com, Overstock.com, Sears.com, Kmart.com, Target.com, or Wish.com, to name a few, without prior written approval from Targus.

*Targus reserves the right to approve or reject proposed resellers in its sole and absolute discretion. Enforcement of the Authorized Reseller Policy may be through actions such as refusing to sell Targus Products to distributors.
