Order Process

1. Contact your Targus representative for inquiries and to begin your order. Don’t have a rep? Submit your inquiry below.

2. Provide your rep with your desired logo in a vector file.

3. A digital simulation of the product with logo placement will be provided for your approval.

4. Upon approval of the digital simulation, a custom part number will be created by Targus and supplied to the desired reseller for quoting and order processing.

FAQs

How long will my order take?

Production time for initial orders and reorders varies depending on type of customization and product availability. While most jobs complete within 3-4 weeks upon placement of a PO, some projects (ex. privacy screen laser etching) may take up to 6 weeks. 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Our custom logo program is intended for bulk orders from small-to-medium sized businesses and enterprise organizations. The standard minimum order quantity is 150-250 pieces depending on type for initial orders and 50 pieces for subsequent orders. Privacy screen laser etching requires a minimum order of 200 pieces.

What type of artwork/logo file is needed?

Vector art (ai, eps) is highly recommended. Additional charges may apply if artwork needs to be manipulated or redrawn. Complete art, in electronic format, is essential to produce your order in an accurate, high-quality and timely manner. Please include the PMS colors of the logo to ensure accuracy.

How will my artwork/logo be approved?

Targus will provide and require an electronic proof for logo approval on all customized orders at no charge. Orders will be processed based on artwork and information approved from electronic proof. Targus is not liable for any deviation from approved artwork once orders have been approved for production. Custom part number will be set up after customer approves artwork.
