Targus has determined that certain ACP71USZ-66 and ACP77USZ-66 shipped in March and April may have issues with the H2 power tips installed. 

Microsoft has addressed this issue in the Windows 10 Creators Update but not in previous versions of Windows 10. If you are experiencing the issue and do not plan to upgrade to the Creators Update, please contact Microsoft for a resolution.
