MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 Update External Video Issues | Tech Talk

Targus is looking into an issue where many of Targus docking users have noticed that their external display monitors no longer render properly after updating Catalina macOS from 10.15.3 to 10.15.4.   Please reference https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251211856  .

This issue is intermittent but has been observed by Macbook users of Targus Universal (DisplayLink) Docking Stations, USB-C Thunderbolt and other USB-C Alt. Mode docking stations and dongles as well.  The issue is not limited to DisplayLink based docking stations.  There have been no similar issues reported from macOS Mojave users.
